A block of 2017 Duralumin carved out housing!
RTP-2, 4 and 6
ultimate`s box is made from 2017 Duralumin, which has the best vibration
declining characteristics and excellent sound quality.
A block of 2017 Duralumin has been carved out into a luxury structured box.
Block carved
out structure has far better vibration declining characteristic, sound
quality and less distortion compared with thick metal sheet bolted
together into a box.
The boxes
maximum thickness is 25mm, so not only it has a excellent vibration
declining characteristic, it also total shut out any noise from getting
inside, which lead to overwhelming S/N ratio. A
block of Duralumin weighs 3kg (6.6 Pounds) for RTP-2 ultimate, 4kg (8.8
Pounds) for RTP-4 ultimate and 6kg 13.2 Pounds) for RTP-6 ultimate. A block is been carved out using a
precision processing machine. It takes about 5 hours to carve out one
block and lid for RTP-2 ultimate, 8 hours for RTP-4 ultimate and RTP-6
ultimate.
Eliminates noise and static electricity non-contact and non-magnetism!
RTP-2, 4 and 6 ultimate`s box is filled with
Green carborundum, Tourmaline powder and natural quartz powder to
eliminate noise and static electricity without no contact and
non-magnetism.
Most of power supply box uses series type noise filter.
But series type filter transfers noise elements
to heat by magnet which not only absorbs noise, it also absorbs
important electrical energy.
Also the magnetic body produces magnetic
distortion by the noise absorption which adds a distorted feel and
thinness to the sound.
This is because an electromagnetic wave absorbent material itself is a strong magnetic body.
Also parallel type noise filter or choke coil can not avoid loss in transmission energy.
It eliminates noise buy it takes away feeling of restraint and energy feel from the sound.
Green carborundum has no side effects because it non-magnetic body.

Hear is the Duralumin
block after it been carved out. After this it gets treated by Sand Blast
Process and the surface gets by Snow White Alumite. The lid gets
treated by Hair Line Process and on top that, the surface gets treated
by Black Alumite.
Electro magnet absorbing material Green carborundum is placed inside the Snow White Alumite treated chassis.
Top quality Lithia
tourmaline powder and natural quartz powder gets mixed into Epoxy resin.
Instead of using industrial use black tourmaline, for RTP ultimate
series, we Jewels uses top quality Lithia tourmaline which releases more
negative ion.
Epoxy resin which contains Lithia
tourmaline powder and natural quartz powder gets pored on the top of
Green carborundum carefully.
Hear is the chassis
which is set and pore with Green carborundum, Lithia tourmaline powder
and natural quartz powder. The chassis is left for about a week for the
epoxy resin to set.
Carved out brass foot with epoch-making vibration control material!
Underneath the RTP-2, 4 and 6 ultimate`s box,
there are brass carved out large foot, white are height adjustable.
Combination of 2017 Duralumin box and brass foot will eliminate both
materials resonance frequency.
To further improve vibration control effect, the vibration control sheet in placed underneath the brass foot. is a sound quality adjustment material developed
by professor Masao Sumita at Tokyo Institute of Technology by getting a
Pre-venture support from JST (Japan Science and Technology Agency).
is a epoch-making material and carries an overwhelming vibration control characteristic.
It transfers and eliminates vibration energy from electrical energy to heat energy.
Combination of Duralumin, brass and leads to the ultimate vibration control structure. OYAIDE`s special version Beryllium copper electrode adopted R-1 for receptacle!
For RTP-2, 4 and 6 ultimate`s receptacles, we adopted the OYAIDE`S R-1 special version.
R-1`s electrode material is made from Beryllium copper, which has the best conduct characteristic.
The electrodes surface have been mirror polish
finish to further improve conduct characteristic. We at ACOUSTIC REVIVE
have changed the electrode parts to thick silver plating and thick
rhodium plating which has the best conduct characteristic and phase
characteristic and only the electrode parts have been Super cryogenic
treated (-196oC) to improve conduct characteristic to the limit.
Most of Super cryogenic treated receptacles get
treated by whole receptacles. But because the shrinkage rate is
different, resin parts get damage and deteriorated and product and sound
quality get destroyed badly. This is why we at ACOUSTIC REIVE only
treat the conduct parts.
The receptacleParts inside the receptacle
The ultimate material for power supply inlet and internal wiring too!
We adopted the ultimate power supply inlet and
internal wiring for RTP-2, 4 and 6 ultimate. Same as receptacles, power
supply inlet has been Super cryogenic treated and treated with thick
silver plating and thick rhodium plating.
The inlet wiring connection is non-solder. We at ACOUSTIC REVIVE does not adopt solder because it destroys transmission badly.
For internal wiring, we adopted the FURUKAWA
Electrical Industryprime;s oval shaped very thick PCOCC-A which as the
ultimate conduct characteristic. PCOCC-A is a annealed version of PCOCC
(single crystal copper) manufactured by the high technology of FURUKAWA
Electrical Industry.
Not only PCOCC-A has a better conduct
characteristics then PCOCC (Please look at the PCOCC-APCOCC
comparison list), because it originally is a single core crystal, the
chance of impurities getting inside is very low even it gets annealed.
So at end it has a far better conduct
characteristic and higher purity then high purity conductor such as 6N.
This high conduct character PCOCC-A is made into oval shaped single core
which has no peaky and distorted feel to sound quality compared with
round, rectangle, flat shaped conductor. Beautiful finish improving sound quality and keeping product quality in long term.
To keep the product quality and sound quality in
long term, the 2017 Duralumin made box is treated top quality pear
surfaced Snow White Aumite, and lid is treated with top quality Black
Hair Line finish.
The brass food is treated with top quality mirror surface finish Chrome plating.
A product using non-surface treated Aluminum alloy and Brass releases rust which is harmful to human body, so please be careful.
